How long will it take for my espresso machine to ship?
Most in-stock machines and grinders ship within 1-2 business days. Due to the high value of espresso equipment, we use specialized carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely and calibrated.
What is your return policy on coffee brewing equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most equipment. Items must be in their original packaging and in 'like-new' condition. Please note that consumable items like coffee beans cannot be returned.
Do you offer warranties on the machines you sell?
Yes, all new espresso machines and grinders come with a manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Seattle Coffee Gear provides a supplemental warranty and repair services for many of the brands we carry.
