Southern Weather is Onyx Coffee Lab’s signature roast, and it’s a great introduction to their whole catalog. Notes of milk chocolate and plum provide a classic coffee taste that is full and round. Combined with juicer citrus elements on the back-end, this is a wonderful way to check out this Arkansas roaster. Delicious across brew methods, this is a particularly good roast in a drip brewer.
